Custom Project Consultation

The consultation for custom marbling services includes the following:

• One half-hour phone call or virtual meeting to discuss the details of the project, and preferred color and pattern. Alternatively, details can be provided by email if mutually agreed upon.
• Studio set up and custom color mixing and matching for one project. We will create one 4”x6” sample for one colorway/pattern. From the menu, please select “One Project”. If you need multiple colorways/patterns, select the number of projects needed - see below for additional information). 
• Samples are mailed via standard USPS with tracking. Digital samples will not be provided.

Confirmation of lead time for custom samples will be discussed during our meeting. 

ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THIS LISTING:

• This consultation is non-refundable once paid. 
• If color matching is needed, the client must provide a hard copy of colors to work from. This must be received by us prior to starting work on any samples. 
• For multiple, projects, select the appropriate number of different projects needed. Each additional colorway/pattern is considered its own project and has its own setup fee to allow for custom color mixing/paint matching for each design produced. The first project is $150. Each subsequent project is an additional $120 (per project) only when purchased at one time through this listing.

GENERAL NOTES ABOUT CUSTOM PROJECTS: 

Once samples are approved, you will be provided with a contract outlining the terms of the project. Approval and authorization to proceed is needed before we will begin creating your final products. 

• All fees are paid through our website.  Projects will not be invoiced.
• Payment must be received prior to sending out all finished products.
• Please respect our work. All of our designs are copyrighted and cannot be digitized or reproduced without license. Unless prior arrangements have been made, Marbled Paper Studio retains all rights to all patterns sold, including in-stock purchases and commissioned projects. We take great pride in our products and want to protect our intellectual property. If you require a specific pattern for a commercial project we are happy to discuss product development to enhance your project. 

Please note that due to the handmade nature of the process, each sheet is made one at a time and is 100% unique. They will not be identical to each other. However, I pay close attention to detail to ensure as much consistency as possible across all sheets. Best efforts are made to create sheets that match as closely to the custom sample as possible but it should be expected that some variations may occur due to the inherent nature of the marbling process. When multiple sheets of the same color/pattern are required, it is best to order them at the same time to ensure the best consistency.
