Yes, we do!

• A tracking number will be assigned to your order so you can track your package as it makes it way to you.
• Shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Shipping fees are nonrefundable in the event an order is returned to us due to unpaid taxes or duties. If a package is returned to us, we will only refund the cost of the products. We cannot refund the cost for shipping.

Orders are typically sent via USPS or UPS. However, depending on the size and destination of your package, we may also use other reliable shipping methods at our discretion. Rest assured that we always strive to use the most efficient and secure shipping method available.

If your order contains multiple items of varying sizes, we may need to ship them in separate packages.

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure that they arrive safely. For example, full and half-size paper sheets will be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube or rectangular box, while other items will be shipped in a flat package or small box.

Orders for in-stock items are typically sent out within 1-2 business days.

In addition to our processing time (typically 1-2 days for in-stock items), please factor in additional time for transit. Delivery time is out of our control but we always provide tracking information so you know where your package is every step of the way.

No. All of our designs are copyrighted and cannot be reproduced without license. Please respect our work.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, Marbled Paper Studio retains all rights to all patterns sold, including in-stock purchases and commissioned projects. We take great pride in our products and want to protect our intellectual property.

If you require a specific pattern for a commercial project we are happy to discuss product development and licensing to enhance your project. Please please reach out if you have a special project in mind.

No. Sometimes we have items available that just haven't made their way to the website. Don't be shy about contacting us if you are looking for something not listed. If it’s not available, we can provide options or work with you on a custom order if something isn't readily available.

To determine the exact paint and paper types used on a particular item, we recommend referring to the individual product listing. We take great care to select only the best materials to suit a particular product, so you can be sure that you're getting something that's beautifully made and of the highest quality. We don’t sell anything we wouldn’t use ourselves.

We prioritize transparency and strive to provide accurate product listings and pictures. However, we cannot guarantee that colors will appear the same on all monitors, as this is beyond our control. If you have any questions about a product, please reach out to us before placing an order, and we will be happy to assist you.

We take pride in hand marbling every single sheet of paper, which means that no two will ever be identical. Each sheet has its own distinct personality, making it just as unique as you and me! Due to the inherent nature of the marbling process, papers will have variations and we believe that these unique qualities only enhance the natural beauty of our products. We consider variations from sheet to sheet to be a positive attribute and hope you enjoy their original character and beauty. Please take this into account when considering original hand marbled paper for your projects.

We try our best to ensure that there is consistency between each sheet of paper. If you require multiple sheets of a particular color and/or pattern it is best to order them at the same time to achieve the highest level of consistency.

We engage a limited number of custom orders at any one time to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients possible. Reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss the timing for your project.

These items were made specifically for you, so we're sure you'll understand why we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made products.

You will be invoiced for 50% at the start of the project with the remaining amount due prior to shipping. These amounts are nonrefundable.

We will not ship products before payment is received so if you are on a tight schedule, please plan accordingly.

We are not able to accommodate classes at this time. However, we currently offer a comprehensive project kit with detailed instructions for learning the marbling technique of Suminagashi. The kit can be viewed here.
