Custom Project Consultation

The consultation for custom marbling services includes the following:

• One half-hour phone call or virtual meeting to discuss the details of the project, including preferred color and patterns. Alternatively, details or other arrangements can be made if mutually agreed upon by email. A meeting date will be confirmed once payment is received. 
• Studio set up and custom color mixing and matching for one physical 4”x6” sample. 
• Samples are mailed standard USPS with tracking. Digital samples will not be provided.

ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THIS LISTING:

• If color matching is needed, the client must provide a hard copy of colors to work from. This must be provided to us before we can create a sample.  
• By purchasing this listing, you agree to these terms included in this listing and the Custom Services Guide in effect at the time of purchase. 
  
• Non-refundable once paid. 
• There is an additional fee for any additional samples requested. 

GENERAL NOTES ABOUT CUSTOM PROJECTS: 

• All fees are paid through our website.  Projects will not be invoiced.
• Confirmation of lead time for custom samples and project deadlines will be discussed during our call/meeting. 
• Please respect our work. Our designs are copyrighted and cannot be digitized or reproduced without license. Without prior arrangements, Marbled Paper Studio retains all rights to all patterns sold, including in-stock purchases and commissioned projects. We take great pride in our products and want to protect our intellectual property. If you require a specific pattern for a commercial project we are happy to discuss product development and licensing to enhance your project. 
  

Due to the handmade nature of the process, each sheet is made one at a time and is 100% unique, ensuring that no two sheets are identical. Best efforts are made to provide consistency as much as possible across all sheets. We strive to create final sheets that closely match the custom sample, but it is expected that some variations may occur due to the inherent nature of the marbling process. When multiple sheets of the same color/pattern are required, it is best to order them at the same time to ensure the best consistency.
